ZVUE Corporation, formerly Handheld Entertainment, Inc., provides 18-35 year olds with digital entertainment both online and offline. The ZVUE Network of Websites provides the demographic with online entertainment, such as commercial and user generated video, games, images and other forms of online entertainment. In addition to its online media business, its ZVUE Products group sources, bundles and sells portable media devices, which are sold in mass market distribution under its ZVUE brand. The ZVUE Products group works with content partners to bundle consumer electronics products with desirable content and then sell them in retail distribution. Its library of video content comes to the Company from both its network of user-generated video sites, which house many hundreds of thousands of videos that are created by users, and its commercial content providers who have contracted with the ZVUE to provide the Company with approximately 12,000 commercially produced videos.
