Employer services are provided to corporations through Workplace Health & Cost Solutions (WHCS). Medical and Rehabilitation services are generally delivered through AIM Health Group’s clinics. On May 1, 2008, the Company completed a transaction to acquire all of the AIM Health Group Ltd. (AIM) Common Shares. On January 20, 2009, the Company completed a transaction to acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Med-Emerg International Inc.
