Alliance Resources Limited is engaged in uranium, copper-gold and base metals exploration in South Australia, New South Wales and Chile. Its Four Mile Joint Venture Area is located 550 kilometers north of Adelaide in South Australia. It holds a 25% interest in the joint venture. Quasar Resources Pty Ltd (Quasar), an affiliate of Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd (Heathgate), holds a 75% interest in the joint venture and is the manager of the project. The Warrina project is located 60 kilometers of north east of Coober Pedy in the Gawler province of South Australia. The East Frome project is located 30 kilometers north-west of Broken Hill in New South Wales. The project is prospective for copper-gold mineralization. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company�s wholly owned subsidiary Alliance (Chile) Pty Ltd (Alliance Chile) secured option agreements to explore and acquire 100% interest in the Ceci and Paola copper-gold properties in the Cabeza de Vaca district.
