Armistice Resources Corp. (Armistice) is a Canada-based exploration company focused on developing a resource property located near Virginia town, Ontario and on locating other exploration properties to add to its existing resource base. The McGarry Gold Project consists of 34 mining claims and licenses of occupation covering a total area of approximately 484 hectares in the south-western section of McGarry Township, Ontario. The McGarry Project is located less than a kilometer west of the town of Virginia town and approximately 40 kilometers east of the town of Kirkland Lake in northern Ontario.
