(BSML) and its affiliates is engaged in distributing, marketing and selling advanced teeth whitening products and services through its 16 BriteSmile Professional Teeth Whitening Centers (Centers) throughout the United States. The operations of the Company include the sale of technologically advanced teeth whitening processes that are offered at professional salon settings. In addition, the Company sells certain of its products including its whitening pen, toothpaste and mouthwash products through the Internet and third party retail channels. The Company also offers certain cosmetic dental procedures, such as veneers and Invisalign products (a series of clear, removable, plastic aligners that are custom-made for a patient’s teeth) at its Centers.
