Description

Cantel Medical Corp (Cantel) is a provider of infection prevention and control products and services in the healthcare market. Cantel operates in seven segments: Endoscopy, Water Purification and Filtration, Healthcare Disposables, Dialysis, Therapeutic Filtration, Specialty Packaging and Chemistries. On August 1, 2011, it acquired a 59,500 square-foot building in Conroe, Texas used for manufacturing, warehousing and administrative, sales and other staff. It also acquired a 12 acre plot of land in Conroe, Texas with two relatively small buildings. In November 2012, the Company acquired SPSmedical Supply Corp. In January 2013, the Company acquired Eagle Pure Water Systems, Inc. In March 2013, through its Mar Cor Purification subsidiary it purchased the hemodialysis water business from Siemens' Water Technologies business unit.
