Chemtura Corporation is a diversified global developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals. The Company�s products are sold to industrial manufacturing customers for use as additives, ingredients or intermediates that add value to end products. The Company�s businesses include manufacturing and marketing of additive components, building blocks for synthetic lubricant base-stocks (Industrial Performance Products); calcium sulfonate specialty greases and phosphate and polyol ester-based fluids (Industrial Performance Products); hot cast elastomers (Industrial Performance Products); bromine and bromine-based products (Great Lakes Solutions), and organometallic compounds, that have applications in catalysts, surface treatment and pharmaceuticals (Organometallic Specialties). The Company serves industries, such as transportation, energy and electronics. Its operations are located in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
