Creative Technology Ltd. is a Singapore-based company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries consist of the design, manufacture and distribution of digitized sound and video boards, computers and related multimedia, and personal digital entertainment products. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company acquired the remaining 51.2% interest in Qmax Pte Ltd. In fiscal 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of additional 14.3% interest in Grandeye Limited. During fiscal 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Creative Knowledge Limited. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company completed the disposal of 80.1% interest in Cubic Electronics Sdn Bhd. In fiscal 2008, the Company also completed the disposal of Creative Future Computer Co., Ltd.
