The Claymore/BNY Mellon BRIC ETF (the Fund), formerly Claymore/BNY BRIC ETF, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called The Bank of New York Mellon BRIC Select ADR Index (the Index). The Index consists of American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs) selected, based on liquidity, from a universe of all listed depositary receipts of companies from Brazil, Russia, India and China trading on the United States exchanges. The companies in the universe are selected using a methodology developed by The Bank of New York Mellon, the Fund's index provider. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in ADRs and GDRs that comprise the Index. The Fund generally will invest in all of the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Claymore Advisors, LLC.
