The Company is focused on the development and application of animal husbandry techniques to produce food products, the development, manufacturing and marketing of medical equipment and technologies used in the detection and prevention of breast cancer in humans. The Company’s operations are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Eternal Technology Group Ltd. and E-Sea Biomedical Engineering Co. International Ltd. also a BVI company and Willsley Company Limited. On January 1, 2007, the Company purchased a 22% interest in Hong Yuan Acquatic Products, Inc. Changsha, China. Hang Yuan is engaged in commercial turtle farming. On September 13, 2007, the Company acquired a 30% equity interest, respectively, in Hainan Futian Green Agriculture Co., Ltd. and Maoming Huatong Orchard Trading Co., Ltd.
