iShares MSCI South Korea Index Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of publicly traded securities in the aggregate in the South Korean market, as measured by the MSCI Korea Index (the Index). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. The investment adviser of the Fund is Barclays Global Fund Advisors (BGFA). BGFA is the subsidiary of Barclays Global Investors, N.A.
