It supplies software both in branded and white label formats, and operates in both the retail and corporate sectors. It acquires territorial rights to alternative software products, and markets, sells, distributes and supports these products in the United Kingdom and worldwide markets, standing in place of the vendor. The Company is the holding company for South Coast Distributions Limited, Formjet Innovations Limited, Ability Software International Limited, FileStream Securities Limited, Ideal Telecoms Limited, Ideal Innovations Limited and Formjet Data Limited. In July 2009, the Company completed the sale of Panda Software (UK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Formjet, to Panda Security, S.L.
