GraphOn Corporation is engaged in developing business connectivity software, including Unix, Linux and Windows server-based software, with a focus on Web-enabling applications for use and /or resale by independent software vendors (ISVs), corporate enterprises, governmental and educational institutions, and others. The Company operates in two business segments: software and intellectual property. The Company’s server-based software deploys, manages, supports and executes applications on a server computer by interfacing to the user’s desktop device. The Company’s technology consists of three components: a server component, a desktop component and protocol. The products of the Company include GO-Global for Windows and GO-Global for Unix.
