The Graystone Company, Inc. (Graystone) is focused on acquiring properties with proven or probable mineral ore reserves. The Graystone’s natural resources division locates and extracts mineral deposits for refining. The Company owns 1,600 hectares and is in the process of completing the transfer of these properties into the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary in Peru. The Company’s properties include Gorilla, Graystone II and Graystone IV. The Company has completed two separate sampling projects on the Gorilla Project. The Gorilla Project operation involves alluvial mining of gold and consists of 400 hectares, which is located in Loreto, Peru (Northern Peru). The Graystone II Project consists of 800 hectares (one hectares equals 2.47 acres) located in Loreto, Peru (Northern Peru). The Graystone II property is adjacent to the Company’s Gorilla Project. The Graystone III Project consists of 700 hectares located in Amazonas, Peru (Northern Peru).
