International Northair Mines Ltd. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of strategic mineral properties throughout North America and focuses on Mexico. The Company concentrates its exploration activities in Mexico through its wholly owned subsidiary, Grupo Northair de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Its projects include La Cigarra Project, Sierra Rosario Project and El Reventon Project. The La Cigarra project is located near the municipality of Prral, in the State of Chihuahua in north central Mexico. As of February 29, 2012, La Cigarra consisted of eight concessions, totalling approximately 6,330 hectares. The El Reventon Project is consists of approximately 3,400 hectares. El Reventon is located in the municipality of Otaez, Durango and is approximately 170 kilometers northwest of the capital city of Durango. The Company maintains the Brandywine claim near Whistler, British Columbia.
