SPDR S&P International Financial Sector ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. BMI Financials Sector Index (the Index), an index that tracks the financial sector of developed global markets outside the United States. The S&P Developed Ex-U.S. BMI Financials Sector Index represents the non-United States financial sub-industry of developed countries included in the S&P Broad Market Index (the Global BMI Index).
