Doing business as Manda Fine Meats, the company processes and distributes a variety of meats, including Cajun-flavored deli meats such as ham, roast beef, turkey breast and smoked sausage. Its specialty products include hog cracklings, head cheese, and andouille and boudin sausage. Manda Fine Meats sells its products in more than 40 US states under brands names such as Cajun Prize, Four Star, and Manda. The Louisana company was founded in 1947 by brothers Bennie, John, and Vincent Manda; today it is run by third-generation family members, Vincent Manda's grandsons -- Bobby, Steve, and Tommy Yarborough.
