The Company�s investment portfolio is composed primarily of middle-market companies. Its diversified investment portfolio spans 22 industries. Approximately 89% of its portfolio at fair value is concentrated in ten industries. As of December 31, 2012, over 90% of the fair value of its portfolio was invested in senior and subordinated debt, while the remainder was invested in preferred and common equity securities. As of December 31, 2012, approximately 76.3% of the fair value of its loan portfolio had variable interest rates and 23.7% of the fair value of its loan portfolio had fixed interest rates.
