Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. (MRG) is engaged in the business of owning and operating restaurants under the names Morton's The Steakhouse (Morton's), Trevi (Trevi) and Bertolini's Authentic Trattorias (Bertolini's). As of January 4, 2009, the Company owned and operated 83 restaurants (80 Morton’s and three Italian restaurants (one Trevi and two Bertolini’s)). Morton’s are upscale steakhouse restaurants. Morton’s and the Company’s Italian restaurants appeal to a broad spectrum of consumer tastes and target separate price points and dining experiences.
