MCR is focused on the acquisition, development, marketing and distribution of cough and cold, prenatal and pain management pharmaceutical products that provide quick and low-cost market entry through the ANDA, and OTC monograph regulatory approval pathways. AMBI is focused on the distribution of generic equivalent pharmaceutical products to pharmaceutical wholesalers, distributors and chain pharmacies. The Company sells its products domestically through United States based distributors. In June 2008, the Company acquired MCR and AMBI.
