The Company is organized in to two segments: Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials. The Specialty Chemicals segment consists of electronic chemicals, advanced organics, ultra pure chemicals (UPC) and photomasks. The Advanced Materials segment consists of inorganics, Democratic Republic of Congo (the DRC) smelter joint venture and metal resale. The Company’s business serves approximately 4,000 customers as of December 31, 2008.
