Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Bank of the Ozarks, provides a range of retail and commercial banking services. Its services include mortgage lending; treasury management services; remote deposit capture services, and trust and wealth management services for businesses, individuals and non-profit and governmental entities, including financial planning, money management, custodial services and corporate trust services, among others. Its deposit services include checking, savings, money market, time deposit and individual retirement accounts. Its loan services include real estate, consumer, commercial, industrial and agricultural loans and leasing services. It owns around 166 offices, including 66 offices in Arkansas, 28 in Georgia, 15 in North Carolina, 14 in Texas, four in Florida, three in Alabama, and one each in South Carolina and New York. It also owns six offices and quarter century heritage in the Pinellas County, Florida.
