Asian Plantations Limited is a Singapore-based company, which owns Malaysian subsidiaries that are involved in the acquisition and development of palm oil plantation land in Sarawak, Malaysia. The Company acquires under-priced, properly zoned agricultural land in Malaysia, which can be developed into mature palm oil estates. The Company owns four estates in Sarawak totaling approximately 20,770 hectares. The Company�s estates are BJ Corporation, Incosetia, Fortune, Dulit, Jubilant Paradise and GP. The BJ Corporation estate is totals 4,795 hectares located in the cities of Miri and Bintulu. The Incosetia estate totals 5,850 hectares located in Sarawak. The Company harvests fruit bunches from this estate and sells it to a local palm oil crushing mill which in turn processes the fruit in to crude palm oil (CPO). All estates hold agricultural title certificates. The Company has developed a crushing mill utilizing the latest vertical sterilizer technology with methane recapture systems.
