PDSG is a segment of the Company’s business. The Company owns 37.1% interest in Avot Media, Inc. On September 1, 2008, the Company acquired Crossflo Systems, Inc. (Crossflo). On March 27, 2009, Crossflo acquired the Vigilys Tactical Operating System business line from Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.
