Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones Provida SA (AFP Provida) is a Chile-based private pension fund administrator. The Company provides services that include collection and management of contributions made by affiliates; investments of affiliates’ contributions in pension funds managed by the pension fund administrator (AFP); provide life and disability benefits for affiliates, and provide a senior pension for affiliates. AFP Provida has participated in establishing private pension systems in other countries in Latin America through its subsidiary, Provida Internacional. The Company's controlling shareholder is BBVA Inversiones Chile S.A., which owns 51.62% of interest in the Company.
