Brompton Split Banc Corp. (the Fund) is a mutual fund corporation managed by Brompton Funds Management Limited (the Manager). The Fund’s investment objectives is to provide holders of Preferred shares with quarterly fixed, cumulative, preferential cash distributions and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions. Brompton Capital Advisors Inc. manages the Fund’s portfolio and Highstreet AssetManagement Inc. is the option advisor. RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust is the custodian of the Fund’s assets and prepares the weekly valuations of the Fund.
