Skinny Nutritional Corp. (Skinny) develops and markets a line of functional beverages, all branded with the name Skinny. Its products are marketed and distributed primarily to calorie and weight conscious consumers. It is focused on developing, distributing and marketing nutritionally enhanced functional beverages. Its Skinny Water product has been reformulated to include six flavors (Acai Grape Blueberry, Raspberry Pomegranate, Peach Mango Mandarin, Passionfruit Lemonade, Goji Fruit Punch and Orange Cranberry Tangerine). Skinny Water is being bottled at Adirondacks Beverages in upstate New York, a co-packer of functional beverages. Skinny’s other products under development or consideration include Java’s, Smoothies and Teas.
