Claymore/AlphaShares China Real Estate ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called the AlphaShares China Real Estate Index (the Index). The Index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of the investable universe of publicly traded companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) deriving a majority of their revenues from real estate development, management and/or ownership of property in China or the Special Administrative Regions of China, such as Hong Kong and Macau. The Index was created by AlphaShares, LLC (AlphaShares or the Index Provider) and is maintained by Standard & Poor's (the Index Administrator). The Index will include equity securities of companies of all capitalizations, as defined by AlphaShares. The Fund generally will invest in all of the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Claymore Advisors, LLC.
