iShares MSCI Thailand Capped Investable Market Index Fund (the Fund), formerly The iShares MSCI Thailand Investable Market Index Fund, seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the MSCI Thailand Investable Market Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index is a free float adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure broad-based equity market performance in Thailand. The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The Fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the Underlying Index or in depositary receipts representing securities in its Underlying Index. The Fund may invest the remainder of its assets in other securities, including securities not in the Underlying Index. Its investment advisor is BlackRock Fund Advisors.
