Tsodilo Resources Limited (Tsodilo) is an exploration stage company, which is engaged principally in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in the Republic of Botswana. The Company along with its subsidiaries operates internationally with projects in continental Africa. The Company has a 94% operating interest in its subsidiary, Newdico (Proprietary) Limited, which holds prospecting licenses in the Ngamiland District of northwest Botswana. Gcwihaba Resources (Proprietary) Ltd (Gcwihaba), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, holds prospecting licenses in the Ngamiland project area. In total, the Company holds 14 licenses totaling 10,978 square kilometers.
