Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the Industrial Select Sector of the S&P 500 Index (the Index). Industries in the Index include aerospace and defense, building products, construction and engineering, electrical equipment, conglomerates, machinery, commercial services and supplies, air freight and logistics, airlines, marine, road and rail, and transportation infrastructure companies. The Fund utilizes a passive or indexing investment approach to attempt to approximate the investment performance of the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is SSgA Funds Management, Inc.
