Guggenheim China All-Cap ETF (the Fund), formerly Guggenheim China Small Cap ETF, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called the AlphaShares China Small Cap Index (the Index). The Index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of publicly traded mainland China-based small capitalization companies. The Index may include Hong Kong listed securities, including China H-shares and Red Chips. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts (ADRs), American depositary shares (ADSs), global depositary receipts (GDRs) and international depositary receipts (IDRs), that comprise the Index. The Fund generally will invest in all of the stocks comprising the Index in proportion to their weightings in the Index. Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC is the investment adviser of the Fund.
