ZAGG Inc. (ZAGG), formerly ZAGG Incorporated, designs, manufactures and distributes protective coverings, audio accessories and power solutions for consumer electronic and hand-held devices under the brand names invisibleSHIELD, ZAGGskins, ZAGGbuds, ZAGGsparq, ZAGGmate, ZAGGfolio, ZAGGkeys, iFrogz and Earpollution. The Company operates in three segments: ZAGG segment, iFrogz segment and HzO segment. On June 21, 2011, the Company, ReminderBand, Inc., doing business as iFrogz (iFrogz), and the owners of iFrogz entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement pursuant to which ZAGG acquired 100% interest of iFrogz.
