New Retailer Reporting Tools
Retailers can now easily track campaign performance and shopper engagement. The tool allows marketing and category managers to view aggregated redemption data or break it down by distribution channel. Retailers can also see their upcoming, running, and completed campaigns, as well as activity for each campaign.
Winn-Dixie joins the Zavers network
Zavers by Google is excited to welcome Winn-Dixie to its fast-growing family of retailers. With 483 stores across the southeast United States, Winn-Dixie brings millions of active cardholders to the Zavers network. Zavers will enable Winn-Dixie to expand its existing rewards program to offer loyal customers relevant digital coupons directly from the Winn-Dixie website. Savings are automatically deducted at checkout when shoppers swipe their rewards cards.
Zavers by Google introduced at NRF
Zavers was featured at the National Retail Federation conference, demonstrating how retailers and manufacturers can reward loyal customers with behaviorally-targeted digital coupons to increase basket size and redemption rates. With Zavers’ real-time data, retailers are able to analyze consumer preferences so they can deliver relevant incentives (i.e. dog food coupons to dog owners), effectively manage distribution, and tailor campaigns for maximum ROI.
Addition to the Zavers Team
Google acquired Incentive Targeting. Their software platform allows retailers and manufacturers to identify high-value customers, to create behaviorally-targeted promotions, and to track the programs' impact on shoppers behavior over time. They are joining the Zavers by Google team, and will be be a key part of our ongoing efforts to help manufacturers and retailers get better returns on their promotional budgets.
Path To Purchase
Path to Purchase allows retailers and manufacturers to measure how effective their online campaigns are in driving in-store sales. Zavers now provides functionality to track the lifetime of online coupon distributions through the Google ad network, from a user seeing a coupon ad, saving the coupon on the retailer site, to the user making a purchase and redeeming the coupon in-store. Our API is token-based, which gives retailers and manufacturers the flexibility to associate a single coupon or a group of offers to an ad.
IBM SurePOS ACE Integration
IBM SurePOS ACE for 4690 OS, Version 7 Release 3, has been integrated with Zavers Digital Coupons. For the first time ever IBM has integrated a third party product into their 4690 SurePOS OS for 4690 offering. This means that no additional integration is required for the retailers. Retailers only need to make a simple configuration change to take advantage of all the benefits brought by Zavers.
POS 4.0 Release
Zavers 4.0 POS release has not only bug fixes, but relevant features to take the Zavers Point of Sale code to the next level. One of the key features is the ability to recognize paper stacking. In cases where manufacturers require stacking prevention, retailers can turn on this feature to prevent shoppers from using paper coupons on an item that a digital coupon was used on.
Retailers with loyalty programs can usually segment shoppers into groups based on their shopping habits. Now, retailers can use Zavers' APIs to specify the coupons to deliver to these different groups of consumers. For example, a retailer can reward the top 100 shoppers of the month with exclusive coupon offers. Zavers' consumer segmentation capability helps retailers to increase the effectiveness of their coupon distribution, thus increasing the return of investment.
