Hi Kerry,

Keep the good working (and new releases...;-)). In did your SW is 5stars.
My donation is just symbolic but I will do more in the future.

pl_svn (on Hackint0sh.org):

Thank you once more, Kerry and, once more, great job!

Maciej (on Hackint0sh.org):

Guys, thanks to Kerry, the most friendly and responsive developer, I finally got it working. ;-)
Must say it's the most important and usefull app for the iphone, hands down!!!

Cheers,
maciek

John Gahr (via mail):

Just loaded your program, 1.22?, and followed your instructions. I am running 10.5.2, 1.1.4 jailbroken. I was able to complete the backup, after the terminal set-up of
the RSA key. I am a little leery of restoring, but all the files appear to be there. I will be following your progress and will attempt a restore when I feel confident of it, and
I will also donate to this project because it appears to do everything I was hoping for since I typically hack my phone regularly. If all I have to do is restore when through testing
it will save me tons of time.
Thanks for your strong effort

Worked great for me. This is a great tool ! It will surely make it's way to the top since it's the only GUI backup application for Mac that i've seen so far. Fast too.

Great job !

Juanito979 (on Hackint0sh.org):

For me works great
I have the program in a different folder than terminal
Open the app, tuns, and terminal open automatically and asks for iphone. Put "al****" and works great
Create backup folders with all data

Very funny.... how should I escape a character in the path that is
only in YOUR path?

Doesn't that turn out to be a frequent problem for you?? I suggest you
rename your directory to something without a character that needs to
be escaped....

Cheers,
Kerry.

Hi, iBaReS is a great tool! But i've found a small bug in the rsa-
communication-setup - you open your script in terminal this way:
"bash /Applications/iBaReS.app/Contents/Resources/iBaReS-rsa.sh
ipadress" - in my setup iBaReS is located in a Sub-Folder called "!
Tools". So you have to escape the "!" like this: "bash /Applications/\!

Dear Juan

don't worry. The standard backup saves into your user directory's
library (at $HOME/Library/iBackup/data). It doesn't create any
zipfile. And standard restore will also take this data instead of a
dedicated archive.
I will state that clearer in the next version because obviously many
