What is the Google Policy Alert mailing list?

The Google Policy Alert mailing list provides occasional updates about important public policy issues related to Google, sent directly to your email inbox. Our mailing list is powered by Google Groups, so you can sign up in 3 easy steps:

1. Enter your email address on the Net Neutrality page and click Subscribe. Your email address is protected by our privacy policy.
2. Wait for a confirmation email to arrive in your inbox.
3. Click the verification link contained in the email to activate your subscription to the mailing list.

Once you've completed these steps, you'll be subscribed to the mailing list; there's no need to click the 'Join' or 'Sign-in' links from the Google Groups confirmation page.
