The settings page allows you to manage your subscriptions. You can rename them, delete them or group them by folders.
You can also manage your tags, including making some of them public so you can share them with friends.
The Goodies section contains a number of useful tools, including instructions on how to add Google Reader to iGoogle or access it on a mobile phone.
The Import/Export section allows you to import your subscriptions from another feed reader.
