MOSCOW — Russian police on Monday arrested dozens at an unsanctioned protest outside the central election commission in Moscow organised by the Other Russia movement, including its leader Eduard Limonov.
"Limonov and 50 supporters were arrested," Moscow police said in a statement. The party itself said that up to 100 people had been detained in the protest after Vladimir Putin's victory in presidential elections.
