CACI gets $75M Army deal

ARLINGTON, Va. — CACI International Inc. said Wednesday it has received a $75 million task order to provide engineering services for an Army communication program.

The government contractor will provide engineering and technical support for the Army's Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, which helps to provide soldiers with intelligence and communications services.

The one-year task order comes with two, one-year options to extend the contract.

Shares of CACI fell 38 cents to close at $47.91.
