| Half Man - My Journey of Fitness This is a blog of my journey of fitness which began on January 28, 2007. I estimate my weight to have been 380 lbs. My weight-loss goal is to reach 190 lbs. My plan is to reach that goal by living a fit lifestyle. This lifestyle includes healthy eating ("diet") and an exercise routine ("working out").
