Set up multiple readers on a single iGoogle page... Has the new feeds when ever the page is refreshed. Simple, small and easy...

This was the clincher to get me moved from msn homepage to igoogle! Separate instance for each feed, 2 or 3 stories for each feed and custom title. Just the job.

This gadget is the reason I use iGoogle, I've added it multiple times, once for every feed I'm intrested in and then organized them on one big feed-reading page :-)

I switched to this after having strange issues with another one. Nice! One thing I was wondering though... is there any way to add "tool tip" previews of the stories? That or a "+" button to preview the story in the gadget window? Definitely not necessary, but I love the ability to preview a story without going to the page. Great job though and works as advertised!

family, Rss feed used was private, only Public Feeds will work on this reader. There is a difference. This is a feed to your personal browser. Hopefully this helps others. use public feeds for most rss readers with love...

Hi, I have the xml file (rss feed) in my local machine. If I try to give the feed url as "http://localhost/shindig/javascript/samplecontainer/rssfeed.xml" it is getting failed to load. Any ideas ? Please help me out in this issue.

I replaced all bigger RSS boxes with Slim RSS and now I have loads of news from different sources (by adding the gadget several times for different feeds) without space wasted. Great work!

I can have one for each feed that I actually WANT to see daily on my igoogle home page. Other bigger readers can be pulled up when I want to read more. Clean, neat, PERFECT! Thank you!

This is by far my favorite RSS reader that I've tried. Very compact and no needless features. So often gadget developers try to make things look "pretty" at the expense of simplicity. This one gets it right.

For folks looking for suggestion for substitute gadgets: try Tabbed RSS Reader. I found it last night and it seems to be a good stop gap measure. You can add it several times to the page if you want. It let's you combine several feeds into a single tabbed gadget. It's not a perfect swap, by any means but it seems to be a workable solution until this one gets sorted. Sigh. Hope it's sorted soon.

I'm glad to see it's not just me. One on every tab works - the rest are blank sans the customized title. Very distressing as this gadget is by far the most useful I have.
