i really wanna be a tornado chaser! it sounds thrilling and fun. tornadoes have always interested me. thanks for the awesome pictures... i cant wait to be a meteorologist someday and spend my free time chasing tornadoes :)

I am a storm chaser and this is a pretty cool rendition of how the weather changes...FREQUENTLY.......nice job. The beauty of a sever storm is one of awe and awesome power of mother nature in the effect that we will NEVER be able to control her. Just watch, listen and learn. I live in Ireland & I have never seen a Tornado but I watch documentaries all the time. I think anybody who gets the chance to see a real life tornado should go 4 it. just try not 2 get hurt.badly.

I LOVE STORMS. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FASCINATED BY STORMS. HOWEVER I LIVE IN UPSTATE NY AND WE RARELY GET TORNADOES. WHEN WE DO THEY ARE F1 OR F0 AND MOST OF TEH TIME ARE RAIN WRAPPED SO U CANT TAKE PICTURES. OH WELL THANK TIM FOR AT LEAST GIVING PICS SO THOSE OF US THAT ARE TORNADOE DEPRIVED CAN ENJOY TOO.

Keep up the work, Tim - I'll watch for the version 2 to show up. I really like the idea of many images - keeps things interesting - and if you can actually tie the images to local weather events, that'd be terrific! Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Sorry, but in the real world they don't occur all day and I was trying to give it the sense of a real day of chasing. Sorry to disappoint you all. The theme changes more often the closer to storm initiation times. There are over 10 different photos matching the time of day and the weather changes as the day goes on. You will see variety in this theme, not just tornadoes. I will do another theme with more tornadoes. This is my first try and so I appreciate your input. What else would you like in my next one? Put this up on my iGoogle and it shows me, erm, no tornadoes. More precisely it shows me a gap in a fence and some clouds. Is that it? Maybe some more info from 'Tornado Tim' might help me understand
