This gadget only links events from your personal calendars. Any secondary (or 'other') calendars are not displayed. This removes the usefulness of the best part of google calendars- the fact that you can share calendars. Please, can this be fixed? I would like it if, in settings, you could choose the calendars you would like displayed.

It's a great calandar. Easy to use, if only I could read the entry. Black print on a DARK BLUE BACKGROUND??? Really? Even my 12 year old granddaughter couldn't read it! Does enyone at Google check these things? Now I'm in the market for a new calandar app for my smart phone. Number one requirement is the ability to make entrys and be able to read them. Any sugestions?

BUG: Create event from Google Calendar Gadget and you can't select the calendar it should appear on. Only the personal account calendar is available in the list.

Rather than the widget, if you could just make it possible to open our calendars directly from the google home page without having to go through gmail it would be great. I so often want to open my calendar without being distracted by emails.

My calendar gadget has stopped showing my events, too. I'm not sure how to implement the fix Travis suggested. Where do I click "Add Stuff"?

Used to work like a charm, then overnight it stopped showing events on the homepage gadget. I have wasted hours trying to fix it, but no luck - and looking on here, it seems I'm not alone in this problem. I have to use Google Calendar as everyone else in my business does too, but wish I didn't have to. *Very* disappointed, Google.

My firm has been using this gadget for a couple of years and last week it stopped working -- no longer displays anything in the agenda. Contacted google support and they were no help.

My Google Calendar Gadget no longer functions. Detailed events no longer are being displayed below the Month display. Detailed events are not being emboldened in the Month display. I am not able to retrieve the visible calendars, much less edit them. I have tried purging and reinstalling....did not fix. My calendars are still functional and configured to display. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hi, I have linked a google calendar to my organization's website. Most information that appears in the google calendar cannot be viewed on the website unless the user logs in to the calendar. This is an extraordinarily bad idea. A committee of 4 people manage the calendar and have log-in permission. A community of 200 people can log in to our website and need "view-only" permission to see the calendar. Why do these 200 people get such a poor version of the google valendar to look at? We are actively looking for more satisfactory calendar pluggins. Also, it's hard to imagine a printed version of google calendar that could be worse than what is now available. Again, we are actively seeking a more satisfactory calendar pluggin to reslove this problem. In essence, google calendars are not effectively sharable unless viewers are given login permission to the calendar. For the vast majority of google calendar viewers that are entitled to view but not change calendar entries- the google calendar is pretty much useless. ~Eric Smith

iGoogle calendar widget doesn't allow adding(/editing?) events even though I'm signed into my google account via iGoogle. I must separately sign in to my google account in a different tab to get full calendar abilities, though my other google account iGoogle widgets seem to work properly.

I have been using this gadget for months with no trouble but now if I update my calendar, with an item, the gadget is now longer in sync. So I can't see what's comming up. This makes the whole app useless. Come on Google when are you going to sort this out. I'll be ditching this rubbish very soon if its not sorted.

I use google calendar and use the google app and google widget on my Nexus One phone. I also added the google gadget on my igoogle page. On the first sync/installation on my Nexus One everything looked perfect. However, after adding a new event, it doesn't show up on Google Calender on my Nexus One Phone. Any ideas how to fix this? (it *does* show up in the google gadget on igoogle)
