Terms of Service

By using Google Insights for Search (which includes the use of any data you extract from Google Insights for Search), you agree to be bound by these terms of service as well as Google's general Terms of Service (available at http://www.google.com/accounts/TOS) and Google's general Privacy Policy (available at http://www.google.com/privacy.html).

You may use Google Insights for Search for your own internal purposes and for educational and research purposes. You may also use Google Insights for Search as an aide when managing your own Google AdWords accounts and Google AdWords accounts that you manage on behalf of others. If you wish to use Google Insights for Search for other purposes, you must obtain the prior approval of Google.

We may modify these terms from time to time in our sole discretion, which will be effective immediately upon posting. Accordingly, we suggest that you check this page periodically. These terms are governed by California law, excluding California's choice of law rules. FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PARTIES CONSENT TO PERSONAL JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE COURTS IN SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. Our failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver.
