Our culture goes back to 3200 BC. Newgrange (3 spiral carvings on "e"), to the early Christian Period ("g"), last Irish high kings death in battle ("l"), our struggle for identity and equality ("o") (James Larkin "G"). Today we are all that and part of something bigger, The EU ("o").

My doodle refers to the recent gay marriage referendum. The rainbow, a symbol for the gay pride flag, begins in black and white to represent the past and how equality was non-existent. It shows a progression into the present at Dublin Castle, shining through the "e" for equality.
