results, you'll see relevant tips, photos, and posts from your friends right
alongside results from the web. Personal results are marked with a 
icon so you know they're just for
you. Because these results are personal and private, you'll need to be signed in to
Google to see them.

Find people faster by seeing their Google profile appear right as you type their name in search. And, by creating your own Google profile and making it visible in search, you give Google the ability to surface the most relevant content about you.
Related people and pages
It's now easier than ever to discover and connect with other people who share your interests—right on Google. Find people and pages related to your search. Make sure you're signed in and have joined Google+ so you can add them to your circles and see new stuff they share, right in your search results.
