  4. Google will then select a national winner from the 4 age group winners. The national winner will win a week's holiday for four (subject to the conditions set out in clause 16) to San Francisco and a framed reproduction of their Google doodle. Their Google doodle will be displayed on the www.google.co.uk home page for one day.
  5. The other 3 age group winners will win an interactive touch screen white board for their school, and a framed reproduction of their Google doodle.

  8. The other 432 Regional Finalists will each receive a Doodle 4 Google certificate.
  9. Any personal information collected during the course of the competition by Google will only be used for administering this competition. Subject to parental consent (if required), the first prize winner and the finalists may be required to participate in publicity such as press interviews or other promotion on the Google services connected with the Google doodles after the competition which Google may reasonably arrange.
  10. Google reserves the right to use the Google doodles in any manner it sees fit (including with or without attribution) within future internal or external Google communications. The doodles may also be used for press and media purposes.
  11. In submitting a Google doodle each entrant warrants that he/she is the owner of the Google doodle and the copyright in it, and that he/she consents to its being used in the manner set out in these terms, or (where the entrant is not the owner) that he/she has obtained the consent of the owner(s) to use it in the manner set out in these terms without any further payment.
  12. Google accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged, defaced, or mislaid, howsoever caused.
  13. Entries will not be returned. Only one entry per person.
  14. Google's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to such decision.
  15. There is no cash alternative and the prizes must be taken as offered. Google reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the prizes become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept their prize then Google reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
  16. First Prize (clause 5): Acceptance of the first prize is subject to permission from a parent or legal guardian. The party must consist of at least one adult (over the age of 18) who is the parent or legal guardian of the winner.
