A webinar is a free online seminar that you participate in via the web. It may be a live presentation by AdWords experts or an on-demand webinar that you can watch in your own time.
You click on the sign up link next to the webinar you wish to attend and then register through the Webex site. You will need to use the email address and Customer I.D. associated with your AdWords account in order to sign up. On-demand webinars can be viewed whenever you wish by clicking on the view now link next to the webinar you want to watch.
Most importantly, you will need a computer with an internet connection, speakers or earphones and meet the following minimum system criteria.
Webex uses VoIP technology so you don’t need to ‘dial in’ through a phone line but you do need functioning speakers/ earphones.
You won’t need a microphone but in a live webinar you will be able to talk with specialists using instant messaging.

We provide chat support online during the live webinars. This means that there will be a chat window where you can type messages and send them instantly to our AdWords experts. We will pass any relevant questions to the presenter who will read them out and answer them after the presentation. This chat support is not available when viewing on-demand webinars.
The live webinar will last approximately one hour including the question and answer session. On-demand webinars vary in length from 15 minutes - one hour, depending on the topic.
Yes. Your colleague can also sign up online through this calendar. If you only have one AdWords account then you should both use the email address associated with the account.
