Yes. If you are currently studying at a Brazilian University and meet our criteria for scholarship eligibility, you can apply regardless of your citizenship.
If you cannot obtain an official transcript from your school before the deadline, you can send an unofficial transcript. However, we will require all finalists to provide an official transcript in due course.
Official transcripts are documents that are authorized and issued by your university and demonstrate your academic performance. The official transcript should include an account of your grades and an explanation of the grading scale at your university.
