Street View Best Streets Awards

Google Maps and Street View let you take a virtual walk through the streets of Britain and the world. In the UK, Street View is used by people on average twice a week to discover new shops, restaurants, hotels and businesses.

The Google Street View Awards are a celebration of Britain’s best streets, to be voted for in a nationwide poll. Voting is now closed.

For 2011’s awards, there were 3 categories open to the public vote; Britain’s Most Romantic Street, Best Shopping Street and Hippest Street, with 21 nominations from our panel of experts in each.
